Lynne Jones is a therapeutic mentor supporting children and adults to live more in line with their authentic self. As a qualified early year’s practitioner Lynne has over 20 years of experience working with families and children in community-based activities. She is also a mother and grandmother with lived experience of a wide range of life situations and uses her learnt life experience and eclectic range of techniques to help others navigate these experiences towards the most positive outcome. Lynne has developed and implemented successful programmes for families and children which help individuals overcome mental health challenges by accessing workshops and on a one to one basis. All Lynne’s work centres around improving connection within relationships, which always starts with a person’s connection and relationship with themselves.
