Therapeutic Mentoring is a trauma informed, relational approach that bridges the gaps between:
- Theory and lived experience
- Personal insight and organisational change
- Support systems and the people they are trying to help
- Emotional understanding and practical action
- Behaviour and underlying attachment patterns
- Individual wellbeing and relational dynamics
- Survival responses and conscious choice

LYNNE JONES
I am a therapeutic mentor, trainer, and wellbeing consultant who brings a deeply human, trauma-informed approach to organisations, communities and individuals.
Drawing on neuroscience, NLP, attachment theory, and my own lived experience, I help people understand how their emotions, behaviour, and the nervous system is shaping how we think, relate, and respond to life.
My work bridges personal wellbeing, relational healing, and systemic change creating practical, accessible ways for Organisations, and people and community groups to feel safer, more connected, and better able to thrive.
